About Us

I started FWRD in May 2020, just as we were heading into the pandemic. I had spent a few months in solitude, just me and Dumpy (my puppy). I was meditating every day, reading, working on myself, working out, eating clean, and supplementing with only the necessities. This is when I started intermittent fasting and I was taking electrolytes, amino acids, resihi mushroom and brown seaweed everyday. I felt amazing so I decided to source the best version of those ingredients and create our first supplement - FastForward - the enhanced electrolyte. 

Since then we launched more products, but we will never have more than we think is necessary. 

We want to unite everyone and educate the world on a solid foundation of wellness.
